Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Help maintain a 38-room motel, keeping guest rooms to the highest standards by making beds, changing linens, dusting, polishing surfaces, vacuuming, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
  • Ensure every room is guest-ready by checking that windows shine, towels are neatly folded, amenities are fully stocked, and all finishing touches are perfectly in place.
  • Assisting with laundry needs ensuring everything has been thoroughly cleaned and folded.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked housekeeping cart and keep assigned closets orderly and prepared for each shift.
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
  • Follow all hotel safety and security procedures, properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment, and promptly report any concerns, damages, or maintenance issues to management.

What you Bring to the Table:

  • Prior Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is mandatory
  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 12 rooms per shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods
  • Work diligently to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-past environment independently, with minimal supervision.
