Our client is a successful retail group with liquor, food and entertainment outlets throughout the metropolitan area of Perth. We are seeking a Venue Operations Managers (South of the river) to oversee a wide range of key responsibilities in a high profile liquor store. There is scope for advancement within the group to take on multiple stores and an interesting operations role.

The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Regular reporting and liaison with Directors
- Staff performance management and training
- Overseeing QA guidelines for administration, maintenance and related responsibilities
- Overseeing the quality of merchandise and the presentation of stock in stores
- Assisting with marketing, sponsorship and events activities
- POS Management and stock overview
- A range of other operational and administrative tasks related to the successful running of these high-end liquor stores
The role will require a working week of about 45 hours and include weekend shifts. Pay will be about $80,000 to 90,000 plus super and a driver’s license and vehicle are essential for this role.
