Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Venice. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff recruitment and training, maintaining food and beverage quality standards, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands effective communication and coordination with kitchen staff and the broader management team to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Hiring and team management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and standards
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and monitoring inventory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
