Job Description
Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join The Queen Anne Room
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, lead the front-of-house team during service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dining standards
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service
- Ensure excellent product knowledge of menu
- Support training, service preparation and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures
