Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phuket for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing food and beverage service, handling customer inquiries, maintaining operational standards, and supporting business goals. This role will require close attention to detail and strong leadership capabilities to provide an outstanding dining experience.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, including team management and task delegation
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in food and beverage operations
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitasking
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is required
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Barista and bar-tending skills are advantageous
