Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining service excellence. The role includes supervising staff, managing customer interactions, monitoring food and beverage quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The individual will also collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities, with a focus on delivering a superior dining experience
- Effective Communication skills for clear team coordination and seamless guest interactions
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding and quality control
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in health and safety standards related to food service
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus)
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or a similar leadership role is preferred
