The Primo is an exciting new hospitality venue set to open in Ahmedabad, featuring a banquet space and three unique, chef-led restaurants with cuisines ranging from Asian-Peruvian fusion and North African-Levantine to Progressive Indian.
The Role: Server
We are building a front-of-house team that reflects the quality and care of our kitchens. We're hiring Servers (Waiters/Waitresses) who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding hospitality. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive, informed, and efficient service to guests, ensuring they enjoy a memorable dining experience. This role is central to guest satisfaction and supports the overall flow of service in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned sections
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
Who We’re Looking For
- Pleasant, professional, and confident in guest interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple tables
- Experience in upscale dining or hotel service environments
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong team spirit and respect for structure and service standards
