About the Role
We’re looking for a Restaurant Partnerships Associate – Supply & Onboarding to join our core operations team.
This role focuses on bringing new restaurant partners into the platform and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from initial contact through activation.
You will work closely with operations, restaurant teams, and internal stakeholders to make sure restaurants are properly set up, trained, and ready to fulfill orders successfully.
This is an execution-heavy, structured role ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, working with business owners, and making sure things run smoothly end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
Restaurant Onboarding & Activation
- Guide restaurant partners through the onboarding process step-by-step
- Collect and validate required information to set up restaurant accounts
- Coordinate onboarding timelines and ensure smooth activation
- Support restaurants in getting fully operational on the platform
- Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
Restaurant Coordination
- Communicate with restaurant owners and managers to gather operational details
- Provide clear instructions and support throughout setup
- Answer questions and ensure restaurants understand how the platform works
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep onboarding on track
Pipeline & Tracking
- Manage restaurant onboarding pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Track progress of each partner from initial contact to activation
- Keep records updated and organized across systems
- Ensure smooth handoff to internal teams once onboarding is complete
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, driver engagement, and account teams
- Share updates and insights to improve onboarding workflows
- Help identify friction points in the onboarding process
- Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in operations, account coordination, customer success, or similar roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with business owners
- Comfortable working with structured processes and checklists
- Able to manage multiple onboarding tasks at once
- Calm, consistent, and reliable under pressure
- Experienced with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Background in hospitality, food service, SaaS, or marketplace operations is a plus
- Based in LATAM, Philippines, South Africa, or similar remote talent hubs preferred
