Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Philadelphia for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and service quality. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, handling member inquiries, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining an efficient and enjoyable dining experience for members and guests. The role also involves assisting with hiring and training employees to uphold the club's service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Member Satisfaction and Member Service
  • Experience in staff Hiring and management
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with members
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a hospitality or private club setting is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
