We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of our Niagara Falls dining establishments. This role oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, including day‑to‑day staff leadership, guest experience, and departmental performance. The Restaurant Manager serves as an ambassador for both the Merani brand and the restaurant, driving a culture of service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This leader will guide the front-of-house team, inspire staff, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets and exceeds its operational, financial, and guest-satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management – Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, efficient workflows, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor FOH staff; foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
  • Guest-Experience Oversight – Ensure exceptional service delivery; address guest concerns promptly and professionally; maintain strong review scores.
  • Financial Management – Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and cost controls; support revenue‑driving initiatives.
  • Food Safety & Compliance – Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local health regulations.
  • Culinary Collaboration – Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure consistent food quality and timely service.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement – Support local marketing efforts, promotions, and community partnerships to drive traffic.
  • Reporting & Communication – Provide operational updates, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control, including inventory management. 
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law.

Salary Range

$65,000 – $70,000 annual salary – based on experience
