What You’ll Be Doing:
Operations & Performance
· Oversee daily store operations
· Monitor sales, labor, and costs
· Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
Team Leadership
· Recruit, train, and manage team
· Build schedules and lead daily briefings
· Maintain strong team culture
Customer Experience
· Ensure high service standards
· Handle escalations and feedback
Inventory & Control
· Manage stock, ordering, and waste
· Coordinate with suppliers and kitchen
