We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who shares these values and is passionate about leading people, creating memorable guest experiences, and building a strong restaurant culture.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall front-of-house operation and the daily rhythm of the restaurant.
You will lead by example, support and develop your team, and ensure that every guest experiences the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that define MARGO.
This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor, understands the importance of teamwork, and takes pride in creating an environment where both guests and employees thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily front-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create a positive and high-performing team culture
- Ensure consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labour management
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Support the commercial performance and long-term success of the restaurant
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- A natural leader who enjoys developing people and building strong teams
- Passion for hospitality and genuine guest experiences
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and operational understanding
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor
- Fluent English required
