We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Grand Hotel Binz
Private Palace Hotels in Binz on the island of Rügen is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at Grand Hotel Binz, a 5-star hotel directly by the sea.
As one of the largest hospitality companies on Rügen, with three hotels, we offer luxury accommodation, first-class service, and a working environment built on trust, teamwork, passion, and creativity.
Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Lead and support the service team
• Welcome and take care of our guests
• Advise guests on food and beverages
• Ensure cleanliness, order, hygiene, and safety standards
• Monitor stock and future supply needs
• Support the continued improvement of the restaurant’s image and service quality
• Prepare duty rosters and holiday schedules
• Manage staffing needs and support budget planning
Your Profile:
• Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Fluent German language skills are required
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
• Experience leading a team
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and professional manners
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work under pressure
