7 Grand Lounge is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and create an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for someone who brings leadership, professionalism, energy, and strong operational understanding to the team.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently
Lead and supervise the service team
Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
Monitor inventory, stock, and restaurant supplies
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts
Train and motivate team members
Work towards improving sales and customer satisfaction
Work closely with the founders

Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure during busy service hours
Good understanding of restaurant billing and operations
Well-groomed and guest-focused personality
Experience in lounge, café, or hospitality industry preferred
