Role Description
Landry's is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Alexandria, VA location. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating hiring processes, maintaining food and beverage standards, and addressing customer concerns promptly. The Restaurant Manager will also ensure adherence to company policies, manage inventory, and implement strategies to promote a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create an exceptional guest experience
- Experience in Hiring and staffing to build and maintain a high-functioning team
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers
- Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including quality standards and service protocols
- Leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams successfully
- Problem-solving and organizational skills for handling operational challenges
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
