This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant & Hospitality Manager role based in Springfield, MA. The Restaurant & Hospitality Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth service, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting service teams, managing reservations and floor plans, and addressing guest feedback with professionalism and care. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, monitoring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The manager will participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members, assist with scheduling and labor management, and support inventory, cost control, and basic reporting. Collaboration with leadership on promotions, special events, and service improvements is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams, interact with guests, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Proven Customer Service and Hospitality experience, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Hands-on Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity, service standards, and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
- Experience in Training and developing staff, including coaching, feedback, and performance support.
- Prior supervisory or management experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic budgeting, and labor or inventory management is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
