Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Hidden Harbor Marina in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage BOH and FOH staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle budgeting, and be responsible for hiring new employees.

- P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in restaurant operations and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
