We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join our team in Dublin 8, based at a unique and vibrant venue.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across bar service, dining, and events within a fast-paced, premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, motivate, and support front-of-house team members
- Coordinate daily staff allocation and oversee smooth service operations
- Deliver team briefings and ensure clear communication of priorities
- Assist with training, coaching, and ongoing development of staff
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock control
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods
- Act as Duty Manager when required
Event Coordination
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and special occasions
- Ensure all event setups meet brand and guest expectations
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences
