Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the F&B daily operations
- Ensure quality scores are achieved.
- Format menu's for outlets and implement menu items into POS machines, ensuring smooth cooperation between users and software.
- Uphold Pestana standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs in the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, motivate and coordinate the F&B team
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English language
- Driven by results
- Leadership competencies
- Guest and quality oriented
