Role Description
As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the food market, the different bars and bar/hospitality team.
You ensure every service runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards in quality, hospitality and operational excellence.
You'll work closely with operations and events, leading the team both during daily service and large events.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the bar team
- Organise daily bar operations and shift planning
- Ensure excellent guest experiences and consistent service quality
- Monitor beverage quality, presentation and hygiene standards
- Manage stock, ordering and inventory control
- Train and onboard new team members
- Support recruitment of bar staff
- Work closely with the events and operations teams
- Help optimise bar sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety and HACCP procedures
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous experience as a F&B Manager, Restaurant & Bar Manager or other supervisor positions in hospitality
- Is passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Enjoys coaching and developing people
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Takes ownership and solves problems proactively
- Is flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Speaks Dutch and English (French is a plus)
