Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, vendors, and contractors directing them to their destinations.
- Obtain names and information from our guests entering the resort.
- Answer the telephone courteously and relay information provided to the appropriate channels.
- Receiving and tracking of packages and mail for resort operations
- Note and report unusual occurrences.
- Assist with noise complaints, parking issues or other security responsibilities as needed.
- Drive the canyon regularly to escort guests, or delivering provisions to our guests in their designated cabins.
- Monitor the resort noting any deficiencies, or maintenance issues requiring attention.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Education
- Ability to read maps
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
