Position: Central Reservations Manager
New opportunity for an Experienced Central Reservations Manager to join this international hospitality group based on-site at their SA head office in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.
About:
The Central Reservations Manager is responsible for leading & managing the Central Reservations Office (CRO), ensuring all inbound reservations enquiries are handled to the highest standard across voice, email, & digital channels. This CRO role drives conversion, optimises rate, & delivers a seamless guest experience that reflects the values & standards of the brand servicing their UK properties.

What you’ll need:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Central Reservations Management position
Expert in hotel PMS and/or channel management systems
Happy to work UK hours & weekends as the team builds up
