What You’ll Do

Handle hotel, dining, and spa reservations efficiently.
Process direct, third-party, and group reservations with precision.
Manage guest deposits and payments.
Assist guests with special needs and provide detailed information on local attractions.
Complete weekly and monthly occupancy reports.
Support the coordination and implementation of special promotions.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Assist the revenue manager with inventory management.
Ensure all tasks comply with emergency and safety procedures.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education in hospitality is a plus).
Prior experience in hospitality or hotels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an asset).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
Exceptional guest service focus and phone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
