Key Responsibilities:
• Accept and manage telephone reservations effectively
• Process third-party reservations accurately
• Respond promptly to email inquiries and messages
• File reservations by arrival date and hotel
• Collaborate with the Sales team on room blocks
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service hotel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservations systems
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must pass a criminal record check
