Turing is seeking professionals with strong experience in order management, trade coordination, or supply chain operations — particularly those familiar with end-to-end order workflows in wholesale or B2B environments.

Role Overview:

  • In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune and enhance large language models (LLMs) using your expertise in order processing, inventory management, and trade documentation.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you discover how AI can be applied to optimize operational workflows, improve data accuracy, and streamline order management systems in wholesale and logistics sectors.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

  • Design and solve real-world order management and trade coordination scenarios to evaluate and enhance AI reasoning.
  • Write structured, detailed workflows covering order entry, verification, shipment tracking, and fulfillment reporting.
  • Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, process alignment, and clarity in trade and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model comprehension of trade documentation, vendor communication, and supply chain data processes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Order Clerk, Operations Coordinator, or Trade Support Specialist in wholesale trade, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong understanding of order processing systems, invoicing, and inventory coordination.
  • Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.
