Role Description
This is a part-time role based in Riyadh for a Relocation Consultant. The Relocation Consultant will assist in managing relocation processes, including property consulting, city and lifestyle orientation, coordinating school visits, and facilitating a smooth settling-in experience for clients. The consultant will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires providing concierge-level customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- English speaker required, Arabic plus
- Strong knowledge of Consulting and advisory best practices
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to address client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
- Prior experience in relocation services or a similar role is a plus
