Job Description:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in a manufacturing industry.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability and ensure long-term agreements.
- To lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely product availability.
- Coordinate with finance for credit management and payment collection.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer service and results.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns tailored for foodservice clients.
- To ensure revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and team leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience (preferrable Hospitality and Catering Channels)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
