A snapshot of your role….

  • Welcome visitors and act as the face of the business, creating a professional and engaging front-of-house experience
  • Coordinate the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including meeting room management, catering, facilities, suppliers and office supplies
  • Support People & Culture administration across onboarding, employee records, learning initiatives and employee lifecycle activities
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, social events and culture-building activities
  • Provide administrative support across projects, payroll coordination, reporting and broader business operations as required
