My client are a creative agency that delivers exceptional exhibition, digital, and experiential solutions for clients around the world. With our global headquarters in London, we create award-winning work across five continents and are passionate about bringing bold ideas to life.
They’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of exciting events and exhibitions for two key client accounts. This is a full-time role with occasional on-site and international travel.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, and day-to-day project activities
- Manage areas such as catering, travel, accommodation, transport, venue services, furniture, and event staffing
- Support inventory, supply chain, and budget management
- Handle administration, invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier communications
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and itineraries
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in event management, exhibitions, or logistics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with clients, suppliers, and budgets
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and invoicing/PO systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, solutions-focused team player
