We’re seeking Prep Cooks to join us this summer in beautiful Banff! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right, but have a few things in common:

What You’ll do:
Preparing ingredients, ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required
