Position: Dynamic Playmaker & Banquet Leader

As a Playmaker and Banquet Leader, you’ll coordinate day-to-day operations across the restaurant and banquet functions. Your ability to analyze event orders and foster effective communication ensures that guest experiences are seamless and enjoyable. This role requires a dedicated leader who can multitask and inspire team excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of restaurant and banquet venues
• Analyze and implement banquet orders to enhance satisfaction
• Train and manage staff effectively
• Organize memorable Play makers events for guests
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure safety standards
Requirements:
• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Knowledgeable in food handling and kitchen processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking proficiency
• Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
