Role Description

- Draft and respond to emails on his behalf where appropriate.
- Handle incoming calls, filtering and prioritising as needed.
- Communicate confidently with partners, architects, consultants, bankers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage a complex diary including meetings, site visits, calls and personal commitments.
- Prepare meeting packs, documentation and briefing notes ahead of all appointments.
- Ensure the Owner is fully briefed and prepared for each engagement.
- Arrange national and international travel including flights, trains, transfers and accommodation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements run smoothly.
- Manage travel documentation, bookings and any last‑minute changes.
- Monitor the company’s property portfolio to ensure all payments, renewals, insurances and guarantees are up to date.
- Flag any issues requiring the Owner’s attention.
- Liaise with finance, operations and property management teams to ensure smooth running of all assets.
- Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, development) to ensure alignment and timely flow of information.
- Track ongoing issues and ensure the Owner is aware of matters requiring his input.
- Support with annual policies, insurance renewals and compliance documentation.
- Organise personal appointments, events and family functions.
- Arrange venues, catering, invitations and logistics for both business and family events.
- Manage vehicle‑related tasks including insurance, MOTs, servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and make the Owner’s life easier.
- Provide ad‑hoc support across business and personal matters as required.

- Full UK driving licence.
- Happy with an office-based role.
