Clandestinemood creates exclusive, one-time wellness and lifestyle experiences for a high-end female community. We collaborate with premium brands, venues, and talent to design curated events in Miami and internationally.
We are currently looking for a Partnerships & Events Coordinator to work directly with the Director on brand collaborations, venue scouting, and event execution.
This is a Remote hands-on role combining brand outreach, partnerships coordination, and live event production support.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not an administrative assistant position.
We are looking for someone who can actively participate in:
- Brand conversations and outreach
- Event production and coordination
- Talent and influencer guestlist management
- Execution of high-level experiential activations in Miami
You will be working closely with the Director and gaining direct exposure to luxury brand partnerships and experiential marketing. This is a remote WFH rol that requires to be present during events/experiences (in Miami).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify premium brands, venues, and potential collaborators
- Support outreach and follow-up with brands (email + DM + coordination)
- Assist in managing partnership pipelines and communication tracking
- Coordinate influencer guestlists, RSVPs, and talent logistics
- Support event production (vendors, timelines, operational coordination)
- Be on-site during Clandestinemood events in Miami when required
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who already understands fast-paced brand environments.
Ideal background:
- Agency (account management, partnerships, or coordination)
- Luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Events or experiential production
- Fashion, wellness, or premium consumer brands
You should be:
- Comfortable speaking directly with brands and partners
- Highly organized and proactive in execution
- Naturally detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Able to move fast without needing constant supervision
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
TIME COMMITMENT
This is a structured part-time role with real weekly commitment.
- 8–12 hours per week minimum availability
- Must be reliably available during agreed working hours
- Some evenings/weekends required during events (always planned in advance)
- Flexibility is welcome—but consistency is essential
