Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Part Time Men’s Spa Locker Room Attendant to join the team in Chicago’s Gold Coast.
Overall, the role provides exceptional hospitality by maintaining the functionality of the facility’s locker room area, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Delight our guests: greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly.
- Ensure a clean and inviting space: maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, equipment, and common areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stock and refresh essentials: ensure towels, water, and other supplies are fully stocked for guest convenience.
- Handle transactions seamlessly: accurately total and handle guest payments using the point‑of‑sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates or cards.
