Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time overnight Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising front desk operations and working as the manager on duty and providing exceptional service to our guests.

What will you do?
- Act as Manager on Duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges.
- Supervise Front Desk Agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations.
- Communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the Front Office Manager.
- Perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings.
- Balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed.
- Maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences; ensure proper follow-up.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
More about you
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality, with front desk experience is required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Previous night audit experience preferred
- Computer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting and mobility throughout shift
