Role Description: The Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and consistent service standards. This full-time, on-site role, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, includes managing outlet staff schedules, supervising service delivery, monitoring product quality, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The role involves driving revenue through upselling, promotions, and cost control, coordinating with kitchen and support teams, and maintaining accurate inventory and ordering processes. The Outlets Manager will also handle guest feedback, support training and performance development, and collaborate with hotel management on outlet strategies and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a proven ability to handle guest feedback and maintain high service standards.
- People Management skills, including team supervision, coaching, scheduling, and performance management in a hospitality or food and beverage environment.
- Effective Communication skills for working with guests, team members, and cross-functional departments, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Inventory Management skills to oversee stock levels, ordering, cost control, and waste reduction in all outlets.
- Previous experience in managing hotel restaurants, bars, or similar outlets, preferably in a 4- or 5-star property for more than 5 years.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, basic financial reporting, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality-related diploma or degree is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
