As Barista Coffee Lanka continues to expand across Sri Lanka, we are looking for passionate and experienced Outlet Managers to join our growing team.
We are recruiting for both newly opening outlets and existing locations.

Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. O/L Examination
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry or café operations
- Experience in international café chains will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
