Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Outlet Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality outlet. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, maintain operational efficiency, and achieve sales targets while upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Train, motivate, and guide outlet staff to improve performance.
- Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outlet operations, restaurant, café, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing/POS systems, and cash handling.
- Ability to manage teams, solve problems, and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
