Position: Operations Lead (F&B)
We’re looking for Operations Lead (F&B), someone who understands end-to-end F&B operations – from running day‑to‑day outlets to building systems, improving processes, and supporting expansion. Below is the breakdown and the ideal criteria:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day outlet operations (service, kitchen flow, staff coordination)
- Build and refine SOPs, systems, and workflows
- Drive process improvements and automation across operations
- Handle and oversee demand forecasting & inventory planning
- Manage and reduce waste & inefficiencies
- Support multi‑outlet expansion (setup, training, standardization, pre‑opening)
- Ensure consistency in quality, service, and cost control
- Be hands‑on and step in when needed in a high‑ownership, dynamic role
Requirements
- Has several years of experience in F&B operations (multi‑outlet experience is a big plus) – ideally someone who has experience building from 1–2 outlets to 10–20 outlets
- Strong in numbers & analytical thinking (forecasting, costing, margins) – comfortable with Excel and data
- Understands scaling operations across multiple outlets
- Highly execution‑driven and detail‑oriented
- Proactive, hands‑on, and a strong problem solver
- Has a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Willing to be mobile / go on‑site across outlets when needed, including sometimes on weekends, especially during special events and pre‑opening to ensure everything works out
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment
