Job Description: Operations Executive
- Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely execution
- Monitor dispatch, delivery, and logistics processes
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Follow up with vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams
- Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support management in improving process efficiency
