About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Events Manager to join a Global Association of Senior Executives. This role combines operations, administration, and relationship management, working closely with around 80 senior leaders.
The position requires a hands-on, organised, and people-oriented profile who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong relationships with members.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Coordinate with all areas of the organization to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners (including accounting firms)
- Support administrative processes such as invoicing, payments tracking, and documentation
- Ensure financial and administrative workflows are properly managed (e.g., VAT filings, reporting, documentation preparation)
- Prepare presentations and support quarterly reporting activities
Member Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with approximately 80 senior executives globally
- Provide ongoing support to members, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness in all interactions
Events Management
- Plan and coordinate events (both virtual and in-person), including logistics, venues, and catering
- Manage end-to-end event execution, ensuring a high-quality experience
- Support facilitation and, when needed, act as moderator during sessions
- Coordinate with speakers, attendees, and external providers
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, administration, and/or event management roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience handling invoicing, payments, and administrative processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fully remote and international environment
- Fluent English (B2–C1 required)
