You will report to the Guest Services Manager, focusing on delivering an outstanding dining experience on board. Responsibilities include food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in railcars, and adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick solutions
• Deliver meals following established SOPs with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness in galleys, washrooms, and guest areas
• Adhere to waste management and recycling initiatives
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in luxury dining settings
• Serving It Right and BC Food Safe certifications required
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
