This is a varied and rewarding role offering flexibility, supportive team culture, and the opportunity for contract extension.

About the Role
This position supports multiple areas of the business, including Client Services, HR, Payroll, Accounts, and Office Administration. You will be a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
- Creating, scheduling, and coordinating service works
- Communicating with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, and job updates
- Tracking job progress and following up outstanding work
- Reporting and administrative support to Project Managers
Accounts Receivable
- Client invoicing with a high level of accuracy
- Debtor control and follow‑up
- Managing job documentation
HR & Payroll
- Weekly payroll processing
- Maintaining HR information management systems and staff compliance records
Office Administration
- General office administration and support to the Office Manager
- Organising team events and catering
- Office facility maintenance coordination
- Ordering office supplies
About You
You are a confident, organised, and adaptable professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with variety in your day.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Computer savvy with experience using:
- Microsoft Excel
- Outlook
- SharePoint
- Teams

What We Offer
- Flexible working hours – 5 hours a day ideally Monday & Thursday 8.30am – 1.30pm and Tuesday, Wednesday Friday – 11.30am. 4.30pm negotiable
