We are looking for a Non-Food Demand & Allocation Specialist to join our growing organization and support our merchandising and planning operations.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
- 2-5 years of professional experience in retail, FMCG or planning functions,
- Advanced Excel knowledge,
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems,
- Knowledge of retail stock management processes,
- Familiar with campaign and pricing processes,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment,
- Strong numerical thinking and reporting skills,
- Good prioritization and time management skills,
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture,
Job Description
- Planning new product and theme launches in line with sales potential,
- Managing product allocation processes for stores and online channels,
- Managing dynamic replenishment processes based on sales performance,
- Developing actions to minimize stock aging,
- Analyzing product performance during campaign periods,
- Preparing product selections and stock readiness for campaigns,
- Monitoring sales, margin and stock KPIs regularly,
- Managing inter-store transfer processes,
- Following and optimizing warehouse return processes,
- Ensuring returned products are reintegrated into sales operations,
- Preparing daily and weekly sales and stock reports,
- Conducting allocation, replenishment and campaign performance analyses,
- Analyzing existing processes and proposing efficiency improvement actions,
- Developing solutions to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
