Job Overview
As a 3rd shift night auditor, you will reconcile the day’s receipts, run shift reports, balance activities, and handle late‑night check‑ins and early‑morning check‑outs. You will monitor hotel security, weather alerts, and ensure a safe stay for guests. Working semi‑independently, you will provide a welcoming experience with a diligent, responsible attitude.

Role Responsibilities
- Process credit card transactions for the day including restaurant, events, lounge.
- Handle phone system, transfer calls, manage reservations.
- Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
- Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Administer guest payment policies and detect errors from day shifts.
- Prepare folios for morning departing guests.
- Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set up if needed.
- Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- 1‑2 years of hotel night audit experience preferred.
