We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you’ll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly during overnight hours.
- Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and assist with guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
- Build a career path in the hospitality industry, including roles such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or hotel accounting or finance positions.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience.
- Previous experience in a similar or related position.
- A combination of education and experience.
