La Prévôté is an award-winning boutique bed & breakfast located in the heart of L'Isle sur-la-Sorgue and recognized with a Booking.com Traveller Review Award. Within the property, Le Rêve de Fusion is a refined gastronomic restaurant recognized by Gault & Millau as a Table de Chef, offering a unique dining experience combining French culinary craftsmanship with the warmth and spices of India. We are seeking a versatile hospitality professional with a strong service mindset to support both our restaurant and hotel operations.
Your Responsibilities
Restaurant Service • Provide professional and attentive table service • Assist with mise en place and service preparation • Ensure a warm and memorable guest experience • Maintain high standards of presentation and hospitality
Hotel Reception & Guest Services • Welcome hotel and restaurant guests • Manage check-in and check-out procedures • Answer phone calls and emails • Take and manage reservations • Enter sales and payments into POS and reservation systems • Handle guest requests and provide local information • Prepare and conduct breakfast service for hotel guests
Operations • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of both hotel and restaurant activities • Occasionally provide guest pick-up or drop-off using a company vehicle on a pre arranged reservation basis (valid driving licence required) Candidate
Profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, reception, or another customer-facing role
• Strong customer service and communication skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Organised, reliable, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in a multi-skilled role
• Basic computer skills
• Good English required • French preferred
• Valid Category B driving licence preferred
• Valid right to work in France
Employment Conditions
• 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) • Full-time: 35 hours per week • Gross hourly salary: €14.00 • 2-week trial period • Working schedule communicated at least 2 weeks in advance • Typical schedule includes: o Breakfast service on Thursdays o Restaurant service from Friday to Sunday o Reception duties on Tuesdays and Wednesdays • Evening, weekend, and public holiday work may occasionally be required • Meals provided during service • Tips in addition to salary • Health insurance (mutuelle) and benefits in accordance with the French HCR collective agreement • Possibility of a permanent contract (CDI) at the end of the 6-month term, subject to performance and business needs
