This essential position involves pre-registering guests using Opera and preparing their welcome materials in advance. You will oversee room inventory and ensure that accommodations are ready ahead of time, collaborating effectively with both Housekeeping and Guest Reception teams to meet guest needs by check-in time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pre-register guests and manage welcome packet preparation
• Monitor and allocate room inventory effectively
• Manage guest inquiries via phone and in-person
• Allocate rooms at least seven days prior to arrivals
• Work closely with the Housekeeping and Guest Reception teams
Requirements:
• High school education required;
Bachelor’s preferred
• Luxury hotel or customer service experience necessary
• Strong verbal and written English skills required
• Intermediate skills in computer usage
• Problem-solving skills and understanding of resort services
