Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Jeddah. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. In addition, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing customer needs, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to identify target audiences and create effective marketing campaigns
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and fostering relationships
- Experience in Sales to support business development and achieve organizational goals
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and analytical tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the workforce accommodation or service industry is an advantage
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing and client communication
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems
- Ability to manage leads and follow up with potential clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good command of Arabic and English
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
