As a key member of our Marketing Team, you'll work directly with venue partners to manage logistics, scheduling, contracts, and communications. You'll play an essential role in ensuring our workshops are set up for success by creating seamless experiences for both attendees and presenters.

This is a fully remote position that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship building, and takes ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Research, identify, and secure venues that align with workshop goals, audience needs, and budget requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue contacts and event partners across multiple markets
  • Coordinate venue logistics, including scheduling, room setup requirements, audiovisual needs, catering arrangements, and attendee accommodations
  • Negotiate venue agreements and assist with contract management and documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Oath and venue partners before, during, and after events
  • Maintain detailed records of venue information, contracts, event schedules, and communication history
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and presenter teams to ensure event readiness
  • Monitor event timelines and proactively resolve logistical challenges before they impact workshop delivery
  • Track venue expenses and support budget management efforts
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve venue selection processes and event execution

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating professionally with external partners
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, customer service, administrative support, or related fields is a plus, but not required
  • Experience negotiating contracts or coordinating venues is a plus

What We Offer

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • The chance to play a key role in delivering meaningful educational experiences across the country
  • The opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company helping families nationwide plan for their future

We believe in great freedom, great responsibility, and in doing the hard work first. We’re committed to empowering our team to help thousands of people nationwide protect what matters most for generations to come.

Who Should Apply

This role is for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in making events run smoothly behind the scenes.

You understand that exceptional event experiences are created through preparation, communication, and attention to detail.
